Job Description

A multi billion dollar Hedge fund is looking to add to their team in London. The team focus on Global Emerging Markets therefore you must have a strong grasp on these markets already covering macroeconomic and financial market developments in emerging markets (Asia, Emerging Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America), ideally involving Interest Rates. Economists will be considered however you must be able to use your skills in a more strategic role, providing trade recommendations and investment strategies. You will be the main contact for quantitative analysis in EM Research focusing on Fixed Income/Rates. You will be expected to produce quantitative trading strategies and recommendations therefore the ideal candidate with have some experience designing tools for relative value analysis/tracking the markets in Excel/VBA and working with technology teams to build systems for local market analytics.
