The role entails the following:

Selling a range of retail banking products: Mortgages, Savings, Investment, Current Accounts and Insurance

Generating and following up sales opportunities;

Maintaining high customer service standards;

Being part of a team responsible for the daily running of the Branch

Applicants must have:

A proven sales ability with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

A positive and confident attitude to sales and selling;

The ability to work within a team.

Experience of working in a target orientated sales environment is essential

Training:

On Going training will be provided and successful applicants will study towards various professional courses.

The basic salary is upto £15,250 + uncapped Bonus + Saturday allowance (3hours per Saturday) 2 per month + Holidays and pay review after 6 months. Realistic OTe £20k first year earnings.
