Job Description
A Japanese bank is looking for an Interest Rate Prop Trader to develop its expanding and developing trading operation. Within this role your daily responsibilities will include:
· Proprietary Trading and Investment fund management dealing on the Sterling market
· Pricing and sale of financial derivatives, dealing mainly with swaps and options.
· Some trading of FX products to maximize profitability and to hedge existing positions.
· Perform marketing and financial analysis and evaluation of the impact of changes in pricing policies.
Successful candidates for this role will:
· Be of Vice President level in terms of experience in a Proprietary Trading role.
· Have an in-depth knowledge and experience of the Interest rate market.
· Have a proven track-record of success.
· Strong academia and an ability to work under pressure.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Interest Rate Prop Trader to join an expanding and developing trading operation at a London based Japanese Bank.
